EXTRAORDINARY DETERMINATION, COURAGE AND RESOLUTENESS IN THE FACE OF EXTREME ADVERSITY. AN ACTION MINDSET WHICH ENABLES INDIVIDUALS TO SEE BEYOND THEIR PRESENT LIMITATIONS AND INTO WHAT MIGHT BE. TAKING ACTION AGAINST ALL ODDS AND REACHING BEYOND OBSERVED CAPACITIES. AN INTEGRAL ELEMENT OF FINNISH CULTURE, AND ALSO A UNIVERSAL CAPACITY FOR WHICH THE POTENTIAL EXISTS WITHIN ALL INDIVIDUALS

When you look through the internet there are some very beautiful unbelievably seemingly perfectly trained bodies. These "role models" want to show the world how others can also attain this perfection! This is most often all about the external look of a body but not always concentrating on what’s going on underneath the surface. For some people this way of gaining their “perfect” body is the right way.

I am offering a different way.

I want to assist you to awaken every morning enjoying BEING. To realize that you are pain free, that you feel positivity and that you are looking forward to your daily routine.

I am over 50 years old myself and have experienced, just like every woman my age, a transition time within my body.

During my dance career, I endured terrible back injuries, which almost stole away my passion for dancing and training my body.

Through Bowspring, I have gained an inner strength that my dance training never offered to me. My spine feels as if it is allowed to re-find its’ naturalness through training constantly in the double-S-curve. The fascia awareness that the Bowspring practice offers, through the idea of working with tensegrity, has enabled me to achieve a pain free body.

I experienced trauma over the past few years, on a personal level, which left my soul destroyed. Then I was shocked by the diagnosis from my doctor and had to undergo major surgery. Parallel to all of this I was dealing with a complete renovation of my apartment, whilst living there and on top of all of that, the corona virus plunged into all of our lives. This was the moment when I, as you can all imagine, was forced to make changes!

After a few months of mourning and rehabilitation, blowing dust off everything I touched, talking and feeling sorry for myself, the Bowspring practice came into my life. I would say it was my life saver!

It gave me strength, peace of mind, encouragement, direction, mindfulness, acceptance, calmness, a new lease of life, a new challenge, more resilience and perspective for my future.
