My name is Fiona Gordon, and I am passionate about guiding you through this unique body experience. Whether you choose online sessions, live training, or workshops, my goal is to help you become more focused, deeply grounded, and ready to thrive.

I'm also building up my YouTube channel filled with training videos to support your journey. You'll find sessions of different lengths and focuses, making it easy to fit movement into your daily life—whether you have 10 minutes or a full hour. From mobility and fascia release to strength, posture, and Bowspring practice, there's something for every level.

At Fascia-Nation, our mission is to help you discover greater balance, vitality, and joy through mindful movement.

Our two-day Bowspring Workshops in Hamburg offer the perfect opportunity to experience this dynamic movement practice and explore a more holistic approach to your body. Throughout the weekend, you'll learn how to build strength, length, and flexibility while improving your posture, enhancing your body awareness, and creating a deeper connection between body and mind.

You'll leave with practical tools that you can immediately integrate into your daily life—helping you move with greater ease, reduce tension, and cultivate healthier fascia for long-term well-being.

Led by Fiona Gordon, an experienced dance educator and movement coach, each workshop provides personal guidance, individual attention, and an encouraging environment where you can learn at your own pace.

Whether you're completely new to Bowspring or already have movement experience, Fiona will meet you where you are and support you on your journey toward greater strength, freedom of movement, and overall well-being.
